18u SE takes 1st Place at the BRW Fall Blast Off Tournament

Shea Meech (2025) Hits Multiple Home Runs To Lead GenuWin Reign 18u SE Past Yorkville Foxes KS 18U By GameChanger Media Shea Meech (2025) hit two home runs and drove in four as GenuWin Reign 18u SE defeated Yorkville Foxes KS 18U 12-10 on Sunday.
Meech (2025) homered in the fourth and sixth innings. GenuWin Reign 18u SE collected 12 hits and Yorkville Foxes KS 18U had seven in the high-scoring affair.
GenuWin Reign 18u SE opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to three doubles. GenuWin Reign 18u SE first got on the board when Ava Sommerfeld (2025) doubled, scoring two runs. Yorkville Foxes KS 18U flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the second, scoring seven runs on three hits to take the lead, 7-5.
The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Johanna Pavlak that drove in three. Yorkville Foxes KS 18U added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning after Bridget Hooper singled, Summer doubled, and Summer scored after tagging up, each scoring one run.

GenuWin Reign 18u SE jumped into the lead in the top of the fifth when Charlie Benesh (2025) drew a walk, scoring one run, and Bre Mauk (2026) doubled, scoring two runs. Meech (2025) hit a solo home run to left field in the top of the sixth for the GenuWin Reign 18u SE.
Jozsa Christiansen (2025) earned the win for GenuWin Reign 18u SE. The pitcher surrendered two hits and one run (zero earned) over four innings, striking out two and walking one. Paige Danner took the loss for Yorkville Foxes KS 18U. The pitcher went five innings, surrendering seven runs on seven hits, striking out two and walking three.
