Our Vision
Who we are: We are a fastpitch softball organization dedicated to the training and development of young women. We will foster an environment of positive and intense sports training and education while mentoring young women to be both strong and confident on and off the field. We are committed to competition at the highest level and will build our teams in pursuit of that goal.
Transparency: Each team will be fully funded each season by fees paid by participants. There is no team fundraising mandate. Coaches may opt for fundraisers, but that is at the discretion of each team. Budgets will include funds for a robust tournament schedule. Coaches will be provided with clear financial reports and are encouraged to share these with their families. Funds collected in excess of team budgets will be applied toward capital improvement projects at our fields and facilities. Capital goals include adding outdoor hitting cages, pitching areas, lights for all fields, and eventual turfing of the fields. We want to leave a legacy for future generations of softball.

We encourage athletes to develop balance in all areas of their lives. We believe discipline both on and off the field is critical. We believe in accountability, both to oneself and to the team. The mental health of the athletes is a concern and a focal point in their training. We believe that it is possible to achieve success at the highest level without compromising life, work, school, and family balance.

What we expect: Every athlete is expected to give their very best every time they come to practice or step on the field for a game. Athletes are expected to demonstrate exceptional behavior both on and off the field. Athletes are expected to take ownership of their personal development by maintaining a healthy diet, following training protocols as laid out by their coach, and by working on their own skills individually. Parents are expected to adhere to the same code of conduct we will lay out for our athletes. We expect honesty and integrity from our parents, our coaches, and our athletes
